Laura Haney
PILATES
Laura Haney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. She is certified in Pilates mat, BeMoved®, and The Ellové Technique®, as well as being a real estate professional with Halter Associates Realty.
Always a mover, Laura grew up studying dance and music in Colorado Springs, CO, and attended Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, MA. She began her professional dance career at the age of 18. She was a company member of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, a featured performer in the First National Tour of Fosse and a cast member of the Broadway musical A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden, in addition to freelance and commercial/industrial work. Laura has been teaching for over 20 years, and has been a director, choreographer, and mentor for countless dancers.
Laura is passionate about wellness and injury risk reduction and is a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science. She has presented for numerous events across the country and continues to educate and serve her many clients and students of all ages with care and curiosity.
