Olivia Ingalsbe

HOT FLOW

Olivia completed her RYT-200 in the Sacred Valley of Peru with the Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy. The intensive three-week course fully immersed her in yoga as both a personal journey and a profession. Her teaching philosophy incorporates elements from Tom Meyer’s Anatomy Trains.

Olivia’s teaching style centers on a safe, strong, and fun vinyasa flow inspired by her personal practice and storytelling. Her sequences are flowy, funky, and designed to move the breath and body in all directions. She welcomes students to move with intention, link movement with breath, and nourish mind-body awareness. Her classes encourage students to explore each posture with curiosity and self-compassion, making them accessible yet challenging for all levels.

Olivia views yoga as a powerful guide to remembering one’s true self. Each asana offers a chance to release tension, build strength, and deepen inner awareness. Live and let flow!
