Sam’s teaching method has been curated by her 11-year background in personal training and 8-year yoga journey. In 2018, she became a celebrity trainer in NYC and worked one-on-one with actors and models to achieve their goals. Born and raised in Woodstock, she chose to start her family here in 2021. Now a mother of 2, she still holds herself responsible for leading others to their highest potential. 

After researching and implementing various techniques, she has formulated Power Hour and Core Flow classes. The style in which Sam moves in both classes is the same, though the poses and intentions are entirely different. Sam uplifts you from your mat in Power Hour with flows that challenge your strength, balance, and mindset. In Core Flow, her main intention is to bring heat to the abdomen while releasing tension in the spine and hips. With a range of unorthodox movements, Sam uses her background and passion in teaching to evolve your limiting beliefs about your physical and mental state so that you can surpass the goals you have set for yourself.
